- I’ve worked as a teacher and Head of Careers/PSHE, supporting thousands of young people with future decisions, confidence and career direction.
- I hold a degree-level qualification in Careers Leadership and I’m an EMCC Certified Life & Career Coach.
- As both a professional and parent of two grown-up children, I understand how overwhelming future decisions can sometimes feel.

This is a structured, supportive group coaching programme designed to help students:

- Explore ALL future and career options (not just university)
- Build confidence in their decisions
