How will the sessions take place?

Each session will consist of 60 minutes.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

Coaching focuses on goal-setting and skill enhancement, aiming to guide individuals towards personal or professional objectives.

Counselling centres around emotional healing and mental health, addressing underlying issues and facilitating psychological growth.

While coaching focusses on the future, counselling delves into past experiences for deeper understanding and healing.

Sessions are made by direct bank transfer before coaching commences. I offer a payment plan too so you can spread the cost if you like. Ask for more details.

I don't pressure clients to work with me, you have to want it enough for it to be successful, and I don't want to take your money, unless I know you are 100% committed to make any necessary changes.

When I started this journey, my sole purpose was to gain enough confidence to change my career hoping that this would make me happy.
