Who am I?

I'm Eva, I'm an ex teacher, and now I am an EMCC Certified Life and Career Coach. I work fully remotely as I enjoy travelling.
My son is 30, he is disabled, my daughter is 29, she is a teacher. Both are happy and thriving, and I'm incredibly proud of them both.
I'm positive, flexible, kind, dedicated, approachable and supportive.
My parents are Irish - I grew up in SW London.
,I love badminton, music, beaches, swimming, reading & dancing.
I 'borrow' a dog called Ted, he's a Cavapoo - He is adorable, I love him!
I have a house in Surrey but I mostly work remotely in warm countries by the beach.
I love what I do and genuinely want to help others improve their life so they are happier, more fulfilled and able to deal with difficult situations with confidence.

How much will it cost?

This is an investment but YOU ARE WORTH IT!

I charge a very reasonable £50 per session, which is significantly below the average coaching and mentoring rate in the UK of £150 (Source: ICF - International Coaching Federation).

How will the sessions take place?

The sessions will take place 0NLINE.

Each session will consist of 60 minutes.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

Coaching focuses on goal-setting and skill enhancement, aiming to guide individuals towards personal or professional objectives.

Counselling centres around emotional healing and mental health, addressing underlying issues and facilitating psychological growth.

While coaching focusses on the future, counselling delves into past experiences for deeper understanding and healing.

Payment

Sessions are made by direct bank transfer before coaching commences. I may be able to offer a discounted rate of £40 per session if you have a great financial need, please do ask.

After the session, if I think I can help you and we are a good match to work together, I will send a follow up email and contract, you will organise payment and we will arrange our first session. You are not tied into a lengthy contract, I operate as a pay as you go service to offer you the highest level of flexibility and no risk. Most clients have a weekly session, but I can also offer different patterns, such as 2 sessions a week, fortnightly or even just pay for sessions as and when you need them.

When I started this journey, my sole purpose was to gain enough confidence to change my career hoping that this would make me happy.

I found Eva through a Facebook post. I was looking to leave teaching after 30 years, and I didn’t know what to do. I was very worried about the prospect of leaving teaching after such a long career.
